In order to maximize the benefits of online shopping, creating a shopper registration is necessary. In addition to quick repeat ordering capabilities, you will be able to take advantage of the coffee club and schedule deliveries.
To change your registration information, go to My Account and log in using your current log in information. Select the “edit profile” button. Update the applicable account information and select the “Update” button at the bottom of the page.
Forgot your password? click here. Enter your e-mail address and click on the “Send” button. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address immediately.
Please note that if your e-mail address was keyed in incorrectly when your account was originally set-up, your password will not be able to be retrieved automatically. It will be necessary to contact Customer Service at 877-Est-1918 to retrieve your password and update your e-mail on file.

To find a product to purchase, navigate to the Shopping area of the site and choose from the list of products on the left nav bar. Click on the product to view its information and select options. Then add the product to your cart by clicking "add to basket". To view your shopping cart, click on "view cart" at the top of the page.
To edit items in your cart, update the quantity box or click the "Remove" checkbox, and then select "Update Basket." If you have chosen the wrong options for a product, remove that product from your basket and add it again with the correct options. If you would like to join the Coffee Club, simply choose the order's frequency from the drop down box and proceed through checkout. If you are not already a user, you will be prompted to register upon completing checkout.
Once you have reviewed all of the items in your shopping cart and are ready to proceed to checkout, select the “Continue Checkout” button at the bottom of the basket page. If you are not yet logged-in on the site, you will be prompted to do so. As a repeat visitor, simply enter your log in information. If you are a new visitor, you will be given the option to register or continue without registering.
Proceed through checkout by filling in your shipping and billing information.
If you see a confirmation screen with an order number after you've submitted your order, then it has been transmitted properly. You will receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after the order has been placed. If you are still not sure, please contact a customer service representative at 877-EST-1918 to look up the order for you.

All you have to do is select the coffee you want and how often you want it delivered and we’ll take care of the rest! With your free membership, you can look forward to reserved shipments of fresh coffee, special offers and our promise of 100% satisfaction guaranteed!
Two ways to join the Coffee Club:
1. Shop as usual, within your shopping basket choose the products for which you would like to schedule delivery, and at checkout, select the frequency with which you'd like us to repeat your order. You will be prompted to register as a DuncanCoffee.com user after checkout.
2. Create an account by registering with our site. In the "My Account" section you'll have the opportunity to add available coffees, teas, and hardware items to your recurring order. We'll walk you through the steps needed, and bring you right to checkout with your recurring order already set up.
There is no obligation and you may cancel your order if you are not satisfied for any reason.
