From the Fraijanes region, within Guatemala, which we chose for both its consistent quality and flavor, this Strictly Hard Bean, European Processed, or SHB EP, coffee selection displays the traditional Guatemalan qualities of peppery aroma, "smokiness," and satisfying body. There is a mild citrus tone and almond chocolate roast tones. Its delightful savory spiciness lingers on the palate.
With a roasting of medium dark (velvet), it is a mild, balanced coffee that can be enjoyed all day long, without bitterness or harshness.
